I welded in the passenger door patch panel then ground it out and used filler for finishing. It looks GREAT!
Sand, prime, paint and assembly is next.
I also met a buddy yesterday who had a driver door with no dents and minimal rust on the bottom. It's MUCH better than mine. We worked out a deal and the door's now in my garage.
I scored BIG for the '59 project this past weekend!
