Yeh, That's what I am working on. Trying to get the right diameter to get by the bushing stop and still hit the bushing to drive it out. I think I will slightly heat the tube to help.

We knocked out the forward bushing/seal by hammering on a metal water pipe from the rear-end side of the tube. Sorry, I do not remember the diameter of the pipe.
