They mount so low in the door I hardly think they'll keep much rain out but they did stop the windows from rattling.

The door trim kit I ordered didn't have these.

Incidentally they're not designed to stop water,merely reduce wind noise/rattles.
Water will naturally pass through the door,exiting from the large drain holes at the bottom.
