Today I pulled the left front shackle, two u-bolts, and the double acting shock off of the 3/4 ton, Tomorrow I plan to get the rest of the left front leaf off, the replacement on, and the shock filled with fresh fluid and re-installed. Hard to imagine those old bolts being so tight, I mean no one has tightened them in almost 60 years.
