Earlier in the week got the brakes bled and freed up a stuck caliper, changed the oil and filter and determined that my power steering box has a leak that can't be repaired, so ordered a new one (okay, the local repair shop did all this). Then yesterday I got my muffler and tailpipe put on, mounted the hood and new chrome handles, and spent several hours trying to figure out which belt(s) was squealing. Tightened 'em, loosened 'em, burned my arm on the radiator tank, applied belt dressing, removed the belt dressing with brake cleaner, tightened, loosened, removed one at a time, put them back on one at a time, burned my arm on the radiator tank again, took them off again, put them back on, left them loose, no squeal finally - for now.

Also suspicious of my brand new (Chinese no doubt) ignition switch causing a battery drain and it's also starting to engage the starter solenoid when I go to turn it off.

And, mounted my '46 plate.

Then went for a spin around the neighborhood, no windshield makes for a breezy ride.
