I got both headlights to work at the same time, finally. High beam & low beam shine as designed. Now, however, only the driver side parking lamp illuminates... And I'm still trying to get a single rear stoplight/taillight to function with a wiring harness rigged for turn signals on two rear lights.

That stoplight functioning is all that's keeping me from being legal to drive on the road.
