On the Good Humor 52 truck,I`m rebuilding the 1955 rear axle.I am changing the backing plate, because it has the prong type for the cable.I found a 1955 Olds still has the two mounting bolts on its plate.I can still use the stock cables.Also installing new bushing
sleeves on the rear leaf springs.I did ask inline tube if they would customize the cable and put the prong on the 52 cable, they said they couldn't do it.
