Took me two weeks to do what I wanted, but I finally got the diamond plate removed from my 66's bed. Found that both fender wells are going to need to be replaced...and looks like a lot of work for the side strips that are connected to the side walls and the front of the bed. I will end up buying all of the material for the bed and just switch it out with the new parts. Try to get pictures of how bad the bed looks once I figure out where to put diamond plate so the kids don't get hurt....
