Agreed - I made sure everything was ready to go. I'm the kind of guy who wants to do the whole job himself - so I only try to call on help when it's beyond my lifting capabilities! I've also seen video's on here of guys removing them with hoists, a few others building lifts etc - but I opted for speed! smile

My first glance at the bell housing has me puzzled - I'll have to do a bit of reading to understand how its attached to the engine - from first glance it looks like its bolted from the INSIDE of the bell housing to the block... at any rate, I have a few pounds of grease and dirt to scrape off first!
