With the deadline rapidly approaching to moving the old girl out of my mom's garage and into either a storage unit or preferably into my driveway, my son and I tried and failed to get the windshield installed. I did get a rather nice gash on my thumb for my efforts though. I'll be calling the pro's in to see how much it'll run me to have them install it instead. I did get the driver's side door removed so I could cut the rot out of it too. Was able to get the bad part cut out and the patch cut and rough shaped as well. I learned a lot doing the passenger door, so I'm ahead of the game already. Should be able to get it fit with all the cleanup on the inside of the door done as well tonight. Might be able to get the inside sprayed with some primer and near ready to weld by tomorrow night. This 8 hour thing called a job seems to be getting in my way more often than not right now.
