Spent the evening working to correct the PO's shoddy workmanship faux frenching the headlights on the '48 Burb. All plastic mounting hardware for the headlight bulbs would not allow the adjustment needed to make them safe for night driving. After some shimming and a few choice words for the mfg of the frenching kit, I was able to get them close enough to use. Oil/filter change later this week and I'll be ready for our annual Route 66 cruise Saturday night.
