Installed the power steering pump using the Alan Grove brackets only to find out that the hose connections are right in the way of the input shaft on the rack an pinion. I need to get the pump up about an inch higher or mount it in another place. Will call Alan Grove tomorrow to see if he has adapters to place it on the other side of the block. Got the alternator on and belted up.The Hooker headers look like they will work out. The Lokar shifter bracketry on the TH350 hits the underside of the floor pan. Have to dream up a fix for that now. Anyone have suggestions. All help appreciated. This project is taking forever. cruising season is slipping away.
