I knew I needed new bushings on my leaf springs, but didn't expect this . I guess this is what they mean by mission creep. So, next weekend I'll go to the spring repair shop and see how much to repair them. I had already bought new bolts, bushings and shackles.

Still plenty to do in the mean time, cleaning the rear axle housing, getting ready to rebuild the rear end, and hopefully get the truck back on the road sometime this summer.
