Ripped out the passenger side rocker and fitted the replacement.

Pic 1 is the floor with the rocker gone - needs a little cleanup and straightening.
Pic 2 is the remnants of the rocker - had a few too many rot holes for my taste. Was initially going to splice front and rear on the existing, but decided to replace the complete thing.
Pic 3 is the new rocker set in place temporarily. will weld it in another day.
