I bought a "new" to me cluster gauge for my truck. Now looking at the new gauges it is not same as my AMP gauge :/

My gauge displays 50 - 0 - 50 yet this gauge shows D - 0 - C

I want my truck to be historically accurate. What yr. did GMC switch the AMP gauge layout? Can I get replacement AMP display?
