Today I took measurements of the seat to plan the re-upholstery, got my rear bumper fully mounted, mounted and tested my reverse lights (used some cheap, tiny halogen driving lights from the LAPS, very compact, plenty bright, mounted them under the rear cross sill so they aren't very noticeable), fixed my malfunctioning Lokar shifter, engineered the seat mounting system (designed to withstand a 5G crash, good enough?) and bought the material to make it, made some minor mods to seat to make it work.
What did you do to engineer your seat to withstand a 5G crash?
