I'd hose it down with liquid wrench and then try an air chisel with the nail head looking tip. The vibration and impact should knock it loose.

Or do it like my grandpa used to.... squirt oil in it and drag it around the field with a tractor! That pretty much was his answer to everything. wink thumbs_up
