Finished my Frankland Quick Change rear end for my 53 1/2 ton. Polished the rear cover and the front bearing holder thingy. Cleaned up the pinion yoke casting. The factory put a thermal coating on the case that is supposed to make it run cooler. Replaced all the bolts, nuts and washers with stainless steel and polished them. Polishing washers is a bummer but my thumb is real shiney. Next week I will take it to Moser and get axles made. Had Frankland put a Gleason locker in it when they rebuilt it.
