Woo hoo, big weekend at HQ -- Ole Charlie got a 261 installed (thanks ODSS 261 Install Ninja Squad!) and a Juliano's 3-pt Seatbelt kit.

Just have to replace the hood to cab seal, and put the headliner back in without damaging it further -- after 67 years, it's a little brittle. Anyone have any tips on how to get it back under the fossilized cab windlace?
