Some possible solutions for you:
On the fan belt issue you might look for a belt the same length and width as your original. A bit more complicated for the alt.. I would try to identify an alt. that produces the same voltage and build a bracket for it. You might need to take a course in auto electrical but once done you will have a source for the next belt and alt you will certainly need.
