Yesterday I stripped out everything from the dash except the wiper motor and the headlight switch. The wiper motor has a stripped out clutch head screw and the button to release the headlight switch knob will press in fully, but won't release the knob. It's the little things that seem to be the worst pain sometimes. LOL I ran out of time, so I'll deal with those later.

I also removed the passenger side half of the windshield and just as I suspected, there is about an inch long area of rust through at the lower outside of the window channel.
