Po-boy I am, Daniel. My "VAT" is a 10 gallon rectangular plastic tub with matching lid thumbs_up from the Dollar Store. My solution is is a gallon of mollases from Tractor Supply ($8) and 9 gallons of water.
Heck, I saw it on Youtube and I'll try anything. It takes a week or better and sometimes you have to hose off, wire brush some loose crud, hose off and put back in the vat for another spell.
It gets it down to the bare metal though.
