I've removed the original (leaky) radiator,disconnected all the electrics and water hoses in readiness for engine removal and M2 crossmember.
I've at last got to the bottom of my handling woes,it turns out the M2 crossmember is in entirely the wrong place and no amount of adjustment will get the geometry correct,it's only 4 tyres in 17,000 miles and a scary fender bender too late.....:
I have a complete new M2 crossmember along with a new aluminium radiator waiting to go back in,i've already done the Altman door latches and plan three point seat belts.(finally!)
I might even get some proper paint on it this year!


It's fast approaching 16 years of ownership and i'm still telling people it's not finished! blush
