I pulled the distributor in the burb today to inspect the gear for wear. It wasn't showing any. I had trouble getting it back in and when it finally went it was a tooth off. So I got out the vacuum gauge and timing light. She's running great at 15° BTDC and a little over 21 on the vacuum gauge. I wouldn't be skeert to hop in it and drive to Montana.
