Worked on getting both window regulators ready for painting. The two originals were loose, could pull the arm by hand. I have another 52 2 ton for parts that had two good regulators, just need cleaning. I compared the two and found the ones off my truck have the teeth on the big gear worn down to about half what they should be. I think this truck was a commercial gravel truck at one time so the windows probably got run up and down a bunch each day. The parts truck was always a farm truck I think so maybe the windows didn't get used near as much. Lot of little tedious stuff to get done before I can put the doors back together.
