Well, I did prove I can cut the stem on the handles of the early model door handles, and cut the stems off, redrill a hole, and file flat the ends. Now, add the correct bezel and I've got a rear handle for my panel doors.
I took some notes and hopefully soon I will write a little tech tip on this...since you can't buy a repop short handle for the rear panel doors.
