Had some running problems recently and was very kindly gifted an almost new Edelbrock 1406 carburettor to replace the rickety Rochester,I had everything hooked up bar the fuel inlet,found out the inlet I had was the wrong thread!
Too late to hit the store so i'll hopefully get the correct one tomorrow.
Will need to run minus kickdown 'til I get the adapter bracket.

Also awaiting the arrival of an HEI distributor to replace the one I discovered was bent.Thank you Neal!

Small wonder the truck actually ran at all!!
