Well, I finally found time to work on my "New To me" 54 hotrod....

Two weeks ago I bought a 54 1/2 ton that has had some work (some OK, but some not my standards) done to her... But I drug her home anyway, put her in a nice clean shop & made a promise to her that she would be running by April Fools day (figured that was a good date as not many geezers like me undertake a project like this.. hence April Fool)

Anyway, today I got the front end off, cab cleaned out & the bed unbolted.... and after I fondeled her a bit I had a beer & cigar to celebrate the progress.

More to come.. When finished, she will be a nice street rod... SBC, Camaro front clip & 4 Bar rear end etc.
