Someone likely backed over a big rock. frown I have 2 that are so bent they need replacing, the others can be straightened. Find a piece of pipe large enough to fit over the mount to use as a pry bar. Put a jack under the inside edge and pry it back down and toward the rear. You shouldn't need any heat.
