I drove the 48 up on the ramps to adjust the clutch last week and then it started raining and snowing. After a couple of days of snow and rain, the ramps sank into the ground and my truck is parked in a lake. So much for the clutch. I was supposed to take pictures of my e-brake system for fellow stovebloter Hans, but I couldn't hold my breath long enough to get a shot off smile Sorry Hans!! I will tie the tractor to it and drag it to dry land and get those shots for you. Scott, I am interested in your mileage problems with your Vortec truck. I have a 99 I just traded for and its only getting 11 mpg with normal driving. Its a 3/4 ton, crew cab, 4x4 with a 5.7, but I think that is should be a little better than that. I e-mailed Hotrod Lincoln and he gave me some ideas to try, but I have been rained out. I neeeeeeed a shop.
