Yeah, I did that part already (cutting the hole) but I can sure relate to the sanding. Past two days has been the last epoxy primer coat (just too many sand thru to the bare metal to ignore) and final shot of K36 High Build Urethane primer on the entire cab inside and out.

This means I have sanded every square inch of the cab (inside and out) EVERY SQUARE INCH, twice. First at 80 grit, then 220. This final coat is for the 400 grit. That will be it then. Once I put on the Epoxy sealer, its ready for base/clear. So, I had my brother in law come over today to help me put the cab on the firewall so I can get epoxy and urethane under too. Then, more sanding! I do everything by hand. No power sanding. With 400 grit there wont be quite as much blood mixed in!
