Laid out and cut the bottom flange on the passenger side to 2&1/4. Slow going with the die grinder and wiz wheel. Couldn't get the blade to stay in the sawzall or I would have used it instead like Scott D says. first step on the Danforth crossmember install. Will do the drivers side tomorrow. Cut is 16& 3/8 measured from the front of the frame channel. Next step will be to locate and tack in the gussets inside th frame channel. Battery dead in the kodak or I would've taken pics.
