I haven't bothered with back up lights,it never had them when it was original,and it's something I can live without.
It's not a legal requirement here either.
You may have noticed my 3rd brake light wasn't wired either.
Although as you can see in the video,the LED lights are pretty bright!

The bed will be done as Chevy intended,although probably with oak rather than pine,as soon as I've saved some more cash!
I'll have the timber sourced locally and machined for bed strips etc.
