Back in April my three speed transmission failed while in route to a Swapmeet and I've been sidelined ever since. Talked to a fellow Inlliner who just happened to have a rebuilt three speed in his shop ready to go. Ran into him Saturday at the Fredericksburg Swapmeet and paid him for the transmission and talked about when we could schedule taking the truck to his shop and the two of us doing the tranny swap. I think I'm going to go ahead and install a new clutch and pressure plate while I'm in there. Would probably be a good idea to put in a new rear main rope seal also. Sure will be good to get it back on the road!
