Busted out the paint stripper and got the drivers side of the bed stripped.
There were a few layers of paint,and it took a couple of applications.
The metal does look really good,no holes thankfully!

I'll try and get it primed up tonight,it's been pretty damp/humid here recently,so I don't want flash rust to form....
