Due to lack of funds i've decided to use my existing grill,it was pretty beaten up,with an 'Elvisesque' curled lip (bent grill bars).
I stripped out the offending bars and pounded out the dents as best I could.
Due to the complex shapes I ended up sanding the whole thing by hand!
Got it painted yesterday and re-assembled it this morning.

It'll do for noo!
