Thanks Alvin,I couldn't resist throwing it on for a sneek peek before I pulled the fenders off.
In that pic you can see the lower bars are still a bit lumpy. grin
I read what you did then looked at the pic. Your post said you painted it but the picture looked like real chrome. It's funny how when others see the results of our work they don't see the warts and pimples we can't help but see.
From 8,000+ miles it looks remarkably "perfect".
