Yea, I had everything lined up, but being my first clutch install of my life, I wasn't thinking and I wanted to make sure the Throwout bearing was the right one, and depressed the clutch pedal, which then (without the disc alignment tool/trans installed), the clutch disk itself shifted. So an easyish fix... newbie mistake and a lesson learned!
