I took a break from my truck this weekend and went on a 4 day fishing trip with 3 of my buddies. We flew up to Prince Rupert and went north from there. We were fishing right on the Alaska border. Had awsome weather and caught lots of fish. ( Halibut, cod, red snapper and other ground fish. We even caught an octopus. Plus in one spot that we fished we got a stick caught in the line and while we were reeling in the line we noticed a small ling cod on the end. As we were untaglling the stick a bald eagle swooped down grabbed the fish, hook, lure and flasher and flew away. The eagle snapped the line and was flying away with the flasher trailing 3 feet behind. Later while trolling in the same spot we noticed the flasher stuck up in a tree ( no eagle, he left the hook behind)I did have dreams about sanding my truck though smile Have a look at the fishing pictures here
