My project for the weekend was to get the doors refitted to the cab. The doors came from the original cab and the hinges are a mishmash from other trucks so I was not expecting the doors to fit right off and I was not disappointed in this. I concentrated on the driver door first and rebuilt the lower hinge then with the door in place I heated up the hinge bend to pull the leading edge inward and bent it in. This worked fine but it identified that my outer cowl replacement does not fit the door curve so I will have to re-adjust or redo the cowl panel (patch panel nightmare lesson one - have doors in place when doing panel replacements such as cowl or outer cab corners)

I started the rebuilt of the top hinge but had the drill bit break off inside the old pin which drew the days efforts to a close.

The passenger side looks like the rear cab panel I replaced may need to be modified slightly to obtain the appropriate door gap. That should be fun but next weekend is Pheasant and old truck hunting time so the doors will have to wait.
