Spent several hours on each of the last 3 days yanking on the right side bumper bracket to frame bolts. Finally had to cut them flush and try the old "heat & beat" routine. Another hour and a half later I'd moved one of them just over an eighth of an inch. Arrrggh! The big drill is next.
