Shoot, if that was all he played, I would be happy. My father sense tells me it is only going to get him in trouble as it is also a siren (police, fire, ambulance) and very loud (100 watt speaker). It has a "radio" input setting (presumably so police/fire radio transmissions can be heard) that I connected to the radio (one channel from unused front speakers). So, he will be able to broadcast the radio outside the truck at stupid volume. I know, I know.
