last night I finished altering my glove-box to fit with the air-conditioner parts behind it. I followed a suggestion made here on the bolt and use a styro board for the back. I must confess I screw up the first box and had to order another one. With the first box I glued the back on with Gorilla Glue. That stuff swells and when it did it made the back not fit. The second box I used weatherstrip adhesive and that worked very well.
