Today, Oct. 12, 2011, I got my new 1946 2-ton Chevy truck from Loma, CO, as far as a farm in Payette, ID, on its way, tomorrow, to my place in Portland, OR. All with the help of a guy who is not my brother-in-law, but close. It is a project big enough to keep me out of trouble for the next year, at least. Anyone who has brought a similar truck to fruition is welcome to contact me. I will have many questions and I would love to assemble a "kitchen cabinet," so to speak for when questions arise.
