Spent 5 hours in a welding/fabrication shop (110deg here today) making new rear bumper brackets. Will get them painted and installed tomorrow. Earlier in the week got the retaining screw holes for the window crank handles drilled and tapped.

Next up is mounting the power window switches/cranks permanently to the doors and then making the power door lock mechanisms using the stock locks. I'm told it can't work. No better way to get me motivated.
