I got an amazing amount done today. My brother and his family are visiting for Thanksgiving and today we played in the shop.

Started out by removing the old 5.14 geared Eaton from under my 1-ton and replaced it with the 3.42 geared GM 14-bolt that was waiting to go under it.

Then we stopped and ate some leftover turkey.

This afternoon we removed the front fenders and radiator mount leaving the frame and suspension and cab and nothing else. With that done, we did a trial fit of the Cadillac 500 and Turbo 400 I'm installing in this '54 GMC 1-ton.
