Got a major, shocking surprise...finally attempted loosening of door hinge pillar bolts, and none of them snapped off! Got them all out one by one, lubed and reinstalled until such time as I decide to replace the hinge pins.
Then also discovered proper striker plate adjustment not only includes up-down and in-out but that angle is critical as well. Wow, don't have to slam them shut anymore! dance yahoo And suddenly, hinge pin replacement isn't so critical anymore. thumbs_up
