Been off the Bolt for a while. Just suffering a bad case of interwebz burnout, so I limited my online activity to a couple sites that I was more active on.
Most of my recent free time has been spent working around the house or doing photo shoots. Sorry, no new pix of bolts, just purty girls, usualy with my Black Bomber.

Well, otherwise we're not havin the most fun with things other than my big bolt. $ is tight and seein as I'm not getting any trucking work any more (one job this year, made a whole $25, at least tax time will be easy!). I need to find an insurance company that might insure this beast without having to use a comercial policy. Just costing me too durned much! That & I dont have anyplace to keep somthing that big under lock & key like most places require. I dont wanna insure it as a collector either coz I DO use it as a dump truck from time to time, not just a real purdy driveway decoration! :P

Just hoping things level out soon or we may have to find 'Tater a new home. Registration & insurance is killin me without makin any income with this beast. On the same front I cant afford real advertising either which may bring me more work.
Also been lookin at selling the Bomber, or at least trading it for a newer Honda Goldwing (cheap insurance, cheap on gas, & I miss my scoot!), better option as I doubt anyone will give me half what I put into that little car.
Cant win for losin it seems, but we're tryin dammit!

Other than all that she's runnin nice, the Pertronix module has been workin like a champ. She's still a lot of fun to drive too, always enjoy the 30 mile round trip to the dump, irritating the drivers behind me the whole way!
My father in law was up last week from CA ad I took him for a run to the sea plane base and back. He really liked the truck, altho he seemed a little paranoid at the lack of seat belts (still on the "need to do" list).
Never got anywhere with the radio or tape deck, $$ again. But at the very least I have them on hand for when I can get back to work on these things.
