Hi everyone, I just purchased a gasket set fir my 1946 3/4 ton Chevy (per the evil bay ad noted above). I also would like to add, I rebuilt two of these vacuum units two years ago with new gaskets, 1 for my 1950 truck & 1 for my 1950 Chevy Deluxe. Wasn't sure what I was getting into when I pulled the first one apart. Neither had been apart for several decades and the insides looked awful, dried up old grease, everything stuck together, etc..... I carefully disassembled, cleaned all parts especially the paddle, used all new grease and the new gaskets for reassembly, both units now perform wonderfully. So I guess I would say to anyone needing a rebuild, try it yourself it's not that difficult. I'm not trying to stay away from Ficken, they do great work and are a wonderful resource. I just like to try things myself and when things work again, it's a good feeling knowing you did something right. Thanks, Tom
