Gas gauge: With key on, use a screwdriver (or a short piece of wire) to short the center screw on the sending unit to ground. Gas gauge should read empty. Now take the wire off of the sending unit. Gauge should read full. What does yours do?
My gauge does nothing. When I turn on the key, the needle barely moves to the left - barely. I probably have the gauge wired incorrectly. ☹ Now searching to verify which terminal gets the power and which side gets the wire from the sending unit. I do have the 12v to 6v voltage reducer installed.
